Our Strategy

Our strategic vision for the future is co-created by staff, Board and customers.

Vision to 2026

At North Star, we always try to live by our values. These are: being Creative, Courageous, and Connected.

People are at the centre of everything we do. That’s why we do things a bit differently.

Since 2013, we have worked on our big vision in lots of ways. But one thing has always stayed the same – everyone has a voice, we make decisions together, and nothing is agreed until everyone agrees.

130 people helped create our Leading and Growing Vision for 2026. This included Board Members, Customers, and North Star Staff.
